Change
Address
Every Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) must have a registered office, which serves as the main location for receiving all official communications and legal notices. This office can be situated anywhere within the country. In addition to the registered office, an LLP might also operate a corporate office, administrative office, or branch office.
If needed, an LLP can relocate its registered office either within the same city, town, or village, or even move it to a different state. When making such a change, it’s essential to notify the Registrar of Companies promptly. Additionally, the updated office address must be reflected in the LLP Agreement and filed within 30 days.
In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of changing your LLP’s registered office address, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition.
